Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current status: the app is free

Goal Grinders Tech is free to use as of the effective date above:

• There are no paid accounts, subscriptions, or premium tiers.
• There are no in-app purchases, paid downloads, or free trials.
• We do not store payment card details, and no payment provider is connected to the app.

Because no purchase can currently be made, there is nothing to cancel and no charge to refund. If you believe you were charged for Goal Grinders, contact us through the route below and we will investigate.

If we add paid features

If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other purchases, then before you are charged we will:

• Show the amount, the billing frequency, and the length of any free trial or introductory offer.
• Show the price and billing frequency that applies after any promotional period.
• Explain that a subscription renews automatically until cancelled and, where applicable, show the next payment date.
• Explain how to cancel and when cancellation takes effect.
• Show these terms and ask for your agreement before the charge.

Automatic-renewal and cancellation information will appear next to the purchase control, not only inside a policy document.

Cancelling your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Legal & Privacy, then Delete Account. Deleting an account is free, has no penalty, and does not require contacting support. If you ever hold a paid subscription, cancelling the subscription and deleting the account are separate actions, and we will explain how to do both.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store

If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription. You can cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions), and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any right to a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal that cannot be excluded. Where such a right applies, it takes priority over this policy.
