Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

Version 1.0 · Effective 10/20/2026

Scope

Goal Grinders is currently a personal goal-tracking app. It does not offer public feeds, public profiles, public comments, or public sharing, and other users cannot see your goals, notes, or progress. These guidelines therefore apply to everything you submit to the app, including goal titles, descriptions, notes, action names, profile pictures, and any image or audio you upload, and they will apply to any shared feature we introduce later.

What is not allowed

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse.
  • Hate speech or content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on who they are.
  • Impersonating another person, brand, or organization, or misrepresenting your identity.
  • Spam, scams, phishing, chain messages, or deceptive content.
  • Sexually explicit content, and any sexual content involving minors.
  • Graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm or harm to others.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, including images of other people uploaded without their permission.
  • Unlawful content, or content that helps others break the law.
  • Attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another person's account.

Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these guidelines or our Terms of Service. Where the law requires it, we report unlawful content to the authorities. If we introduce user-to-user sharing, we will provide in-app tools to report content and users, block abusive users, and filter objectionable material before it is displayed.

Reporting a problem

Submit a report from Legal & Privacy, then Privacy Choices in the app, and describe what happened, where you saw it, and when. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; we may remove content and take account action. For privacy reasons we may not be able to share the outcome with you.

Copyright

For copyright complaints, see our Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
